Frank Luther cowboy songs

When I was growing I had a set of cowboy songs on '78's by Frank Luther that I really loved. Some, like his version of "Zebra Dun" I've heard but with a different melody than I remember, others like "(Song of) The Texas Rangers". I've never heard again. Does anyone have information about Frank Luther, his life and his recordings?
