Does this Danish tune title really translate as "Smith's Second Fynbo" - fynbo being a cheese named after the island of Fyn?

A very catchy tune that - as is Smedens first Fynbo.

So far as I know, 'Fynbo' is the name for a type of Dance from the Danish Island of Funen and is similar to a Rheinlander Polka

Be interested to hear myself the origins of these tunes
..... written 'for' or 'by' someone called Smeden ??
