Please help, I trying to find a song I heard in a Mercedes-Benz commerical a few months back. It consisted of a group of people singing along with the prominence of a woman in between; she might of had an english accent.

I just remembered I think the woman said the phrase " I cant help it." In the end of the song/commerical. Thanks

Oh, darn. My memory is failing. I think it was Marlene Dietrich, singing a song with a familiar title, with different lyrics and tune. Watch this space. There are some people here who can actually remember things without the help of a computer....

I haven't seen the commercial, but I understand that this is the song. Linda Ronstadt does a good job of it on her "Lush Life" CD.

Much as I like the voice of Linda Ronstadt no one can sing "Falling in Love again" like Marlene. As I read the thread I had to put the record on just to listen to that wonderful voice. She's singing Cole Porter's "You do something to me" now. Ah well I better send this now otherwise it will be an hour before I reach the last track.

In the current UK commercial they use the Janis Joplin song,
