Morruis dance enthusiasts, please!

At Sidmouth FolkWeek in 2005 (the year that shouldn't have happened), there was a 'Tribute to Dancing England'. Amongst the many exhibitors, was a metal dragon called 'Eric' from Norwich which wss meant to represent one of the old-time Snap Dragons which you can see in the Castle Museum. All I remember backstage was that it appeared to breathe smoke!

Can anyone tell me who built it, and whether it belongs to any Morris Team in Norwich or elsewhere. The Golden Star and Kemps Men websites seem to indiciate this is something else.
