Subject: North Texas Irish Festival 2011 From: Uncle Phil Date: 19 Feb 11 - 11:02 AM The 2011 North Texas Irish Festival will at Fair Park in Dallas on March 4 through 6. Check out the NTIF website for details. It should be a good year. All the Fair Park and DART construction is complete, and the DART Green Line stops right at a festival gate. We have an outstanding musical lineup this year including Altan, The Brock McGuire Band, Cathie Ryan, Dervish, Ed Miller, The Glengarry Bhoys, Mudcat's very own Jed Marum and Lonestar Stout, Tommy Sands, McPeake, and many more of our local favorites. I'll be pouring beer as usual and will be happy to buy a beer for any mudcatter who stops by. I don't know when I'll be working yet, but here's a hint that may help you collect your beer. |

Subject: RE: North Texas Irish Festival 2011 From: Uncle Phil Date: 01 Mar 11 - 10:05 PM The venue fairy must like you, Jed. Three out of four sets in a real theater! For any of you going to NTIF, the In the Tradition Stage is the theater in the Hall of State, the tall building at the end of the reflecting pool. - Phil |
