Tom McConville with David Newey will be appearing at the The Midway Folk Club, 263 Newbridge Lane, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 2NX on Monday 21st March starting at 8.30pm.

For anyone coming from a distance and relying on their SatNav be warned – you'll end up 300yds from the venue.

It'll be well worth getting out your map and joining us for what promises to be an excellent evening.

My wife and I have nice memories of this Club and the warm reception we received there last September. But watch those backstairs going down, especially if you have a beer in each hand and several more in your belly!

Thanks, Charley, for your kind comments about the Midway Folk Club. We did have a nice time. As a new-comer to the club myself I have to say that I have found it friendly.

I'm sure Tom McConville and David Newey will be made most welcome on 21st March. As Peter said - tickets are now available!

Tom and David were in terrific form at the Lewes Saturday Folk Club last night (12th. March). They genuinely spark off each other, bring out the best in each other and make wildly exhilarating, playful music.

They both did worskhops for us during the day - there was only one spare place at Tom's - and we've had enthusiastic comments from the people who attended.

Don't miss them.
