I'm watching the delightful young Welsh singer Charlotte Church in her concert on PBS tv. Wonderful, if you can tune in.

I checked ~~ it was the same concert we had last month. I'd hate to think I'd missed a new one! (it's not scheduled for any overnight repeats) Delightful is the key word there. She has her own website, by the way. Easy to find ~~ charlottechurch.com I just found out there that she is scheduled to appear on the MTV Music Awards TOMORROW, September 9, and will be on Touched By An Angel on October 31.

Dale, did you notice on her website the announcement that she was asked to sing on Brazilian tv, the theme song for Brazil's most popular soap opera? A gifted and charming girl.

Alice, I missed that, but read it after noting your comment. I did not see it, but apparently Ford Motor Company recently featured her in a new world wide promotional advertisement.

Not coincidently with this flurry of appearances, her new album is due for release in the United States on November 16.

ha, ha, I was thinking that, too. It will be interesting to hear what her adult voice will finally be after she grows up and her voice changes. I hope she reaches her goal to sing opera roles and perform at La Scala. She certainly has a head start!
