Almost certainly it's not in standard tuning, probably CGCGCE which is one of Dougie's favourites.

These people who cant be bothered to learn chords the proper way, or, in this case , how to avoid playing the 'F' ing chord because it hurts.. !!!!!

Backwoodsman, no doubt you are right. But Grishka seems to have the gist of it for standard tuning. I hear Maclean playing something like Dm-C-Gm-C, but the progression seems correct with capo or transposition.

In D minor, it would start Dm C Bbm C. The YouTube video, however, sounds in C minor (Cm Bb Ab Bb).

A chord does not depend on the tuning, its fingering does. The chords I wrote down can be fingered fairly easily on standard tuning, if you are not afraid of the barring F or the effing bar (to paraphrase breezy).
