You could also try Mr Happys session on Wednesday evenings at the Carlton in Chester. I think there's also a session or singaround at The Gardeners every Thursday, also - but you'll need to check that one.

You've just missed the
First Monday 'French music and dancing' session in the Chester Deaf Centre.
And the
Second Tuesday 'anything vaguely folk' session at the Farmers Arms Kelsall. But someone else may see this in time for next month.

2nd Saturday of each month, Boars Head, Middlewich session.

I'm unsure about the '& surrounding' bit.

Me & the chums travel up to 20 miles for some of the outlying sessions around Chester.

So in addition to the Chester based ones, there's:

Mondays: The Prospect Folk Club, Weston by Runcorn

Tuesdays: The New Inn Session, Corwen Road, Pontbyddyn, Near Mold

Wednesdays: Bromborough Folk Club, Bridge Inn, Port Sunlight, Wirral

Thursdays: The Magazine Folk Session, New Brighton, Wirral

Fridays: Frodsham Folk Club, Conservative Club, High Street

1st Fri: Brittania Inn session, Halkyn, near Holywell, North Wales

Last Friday: Cotton Arms session, Wrenbury, Near Whitchurch

2nd Saturday: Boars Head session, Middlewich

Sundays: Ring o' Bells session, Overton, Near Frodsham
