You can hear Gracie's version of this at Bill Hanks' web site. There is also a British Pathé newsreel of Gracie's sister Betty Fields performing the song, although she changes the words around a little.

'FONSO, MY HOT SPANISH (K)NIGHT
Words and music by Will E Haines, Leo Towers, & M W Beresford, ©1930.
As sung by Gracie Fields

Bullfights, they make-a the lonely little widow of me.
Much-a lots more fish in the sea.
Me got over it since.
I met Alfonso Repeti, the toreador.
When he hug-a me he make-a me sore.
He think he throw the bull.

But, oh, I love him when he kisses!
You no imagine what bliss this is.
He got ze kiss that never misses,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.
I found him strolling in Madrid-a.
Him say he got a million quid-a.
Some day I hope to be his widda,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.

Night clubs are very good for New Hispania.
God help the starving actors in Armenia...(?)
At night he sings at the opeera,
Takes big top notes all out of gear-a,
Then gets the Spanish raspberreera,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.

Him such a big strong healthy fellow.
No kick the bucket, him too well-o.
The bull see him and run like hell-o,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.
My tale of woe is never ending.
His wicked ways he'll not be mending.
I wish the bull would catch him bending,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.

Nighttime, he creep into my hacienda.
Him say him only after my suspend-a.
Me no surrend-a.

He serenades me with a trumpet.
I slash him good upon ze crumpet.
If he don't like it he can lump it.
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.
He speak of fight with the Armada.
Him say he have the fighting fadda.
They want him up at Scotland Yard-a,
'Fonso, my hot Spanish knight.
