i wasnt here on march 31, but i got an e mail from jim walsh asking me to publicise it, so in attempting to do someone a favour, i put the my post up
i put it up on the night that i arrived back[very tired] from a tour of england.

    9pm Cork Singers' Club Annual Concert presented by Seán MacCárthaigh, featuring Jim MacFarland, Máire Ní Chéileachair Caoimhín Ó Fearghail,

I would love to attend this weekend--and I'll even be in Ireland at that time. But it is the same weekend as the Ulster Traditional Singers Weekend, another wonderful weekend of singing and historical touring, to which I'm already committed.

Thanks for this post LB, I fly to Cork on Wednesday for the week and I will certainly be at some of these venues. I often call in at the An Spailpín Fánach but meeting Máire Ní Chéileachair would be a delight so Sat morning at the library is a must.

I guess a weekend ticket will be my option.
