Subject: Unusual Venue (but Nice Music) From: JohnInKansas Date: 11 Apr 11 - 03:29 PM A heroic space flute duet. Perhaps a bit of a novelty act, but the music is nice. I'm not sure I'd want to make the trip to play with her, at her current place; but perhaps she'll perform at someplace closer eventually(?). John |

Subject: RE: Unusual Venue (but Nice Music) From: George Papavgeris Date: 11 Apr 11 - 09:15 PM She sounds quite a lass. She has one of the Chieftains' penny whistles with her and plays it now and then. Even better, she has played "Bluenose" by Stan Rogers, a favourite of hers. Hey, we have the first folkie astronaut! |
