It's an old nursery rhyme and one of the first pieces I learned to sing when I was much younger and play on the piano.

The seller assumes that buns are considered girls' stuff, somewhat like Easter bunnies. Where is the song from?

Just had a hot cross bun for lunch and, as always when consuming such an article, was reminded of the song

So, what we are saying is that daughters always have first choice! How unfair is that?
