That is good news. The young man of a decade ago was definitely one of Mudcat's more strident characters, but I never felt there was any spite in him. If you are out there Matt, I hope life is going well for you.

Mbo was a very good friend of mine (maybe he knew me then as Praise), and IMO there is way TMI in this thread. He went with a new approach here, and I say let that stand on its own instead of linking it up with his old screen ID. (I think the posts relating to that should be deleted.)

I considered Matt a good friend too. He introduced me to some new songs on the old HearMe (Is that what it was called?) Matt's tape led to Kendall recording $5 Fine For Whining. They had an ongoing good-natured battle of the generations.
I think Amos nailed it. Matt grew up. He moved on to music more akin to his age. It is good news to hear that he found a lady and a wife. I wish he would check in once and a while but he has a life to lead. Good for Matt.

I miss the HearMe days. That was where I heard Fields of Athenry for the first time - sung by Mbo who has a beautiful voice. Jon Freeman used to play and sing. There were occasional concerts. I remember Wyo Woman with Cletus in the front row of the balcony.
Funny how things have changed around here.
