I typed my password, but was told it didn't "match any members' records" so I can't log in. Awhile ago I got a message that said my password had been emailed to me, so when I checked my email I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me out?

People have had this problem before (see the thread below) and I think the automatic-sender doesn't work properly.

Email Joe on joe@mudcat.org and be sure to put "Mudcat" somewhere in the subject heading and he will no doubt be able to help you.

It could be because my Webmail account is full and keeps rejecting any sent emails.

the same thing happen to me, and i contacted joe@mudcat.org and he sorted it all out for me.

As a (probably unnecessary) reminder to all of us, the email to remind or reset a password can only be sent to the email address on record from when you joined, if you haven't updated your personal information.

If you've changed your email address you really do need to update your personal info, and check what's there once in a while to be sure it still says what you want it to say now.

Password send to Morwen, in case the password sender still didn't work (but the password sender worked for me, so maybe I'll have to retire now).
