Chicago Folk Music+Square Dance

Visiting Chicago, NH, Maine, FSGW Getaway, but not neccessarily in that order in September + October.
Regarding Chicago, I see there are plenty of Square Dance organisations in Chicago, so it shouldn't be too difficult to visit a couple of those (I need the exercise!).
But what is there in the way of Song Circles or other similar Folky events in Chicago? This will iether be 3rd/4th week in September (on arrival)or 2nd/3rd weeks in October prior to departure
I see there is a "Old Town School of Folk Music" in Chicago which has an OPEN NIGHT first friday in month. Anyone any info on that?
