Appalachian clog dancing Dáithí from the wild and woolly mountains of sunny Scunthorpe and you forget to mention the good humour and the taking of the wee wee

Well, you missed a treat this time!
Not only the usual suspects Billy and I doing the usual Irish stuff, but alsao Gerry, Chris, and Colin playing guitar, mandolas, mandolins, banjos for American and English tunes, shanties and drinking songs- but also some excellent percussion - spoons, bones, bodhrán -and some beautiful singing and...wait for it...CLOG DANCING!! - from Julia.
A BIG thank you to one and all - See you next time!
Dáithí

Just a quick reminder that the recently restarted session* at the Marquis of Granby, Waddingham, (just north of Caenby Corner, off the A15)is THIS Sunday - from 7pm.

Lovely little country pub with real ales etc and a warm welcome for singers and musicians and listeners! Mainly irish trad and folk, but last time we had some modern American stuff, sea shanties - so all styles welcome!

Be great to see you there
Dáithí
(Gone to the Dogs)

*second and last Sundays of each month
