Folk poet Les Barker, will be appearing at the Valley Folk Club in the Ivy Bush, Brecon Rd Pontardawe this coming Friday [ 13th May ] at 8.30pm
Les , Manchester born , but now residing in North Wales is a wonderful poet much loved in folk clubs across the land.In recent years he has learnt Welsh, published a vast number of poetry books and has written songs for the like of Waterson Carthy and June Tabor.
