Lymm Folk Club is running the fifth annual Solo Singer-Songwriter competition during Lymm Festival this year, details of which can be found on the website along with a downloadable entry form.

Previous winners have been Richard Knott (2007 and 2009!), Andrew Walpole (2008) and Pete Shirley (2010). Last year we also had our first junior winner, Richard Hulme.

If you fancy your chances, the competition will be held at Lymm Rugby Club on the afternoon of Sunday June 26th, and one of the judges will be Pete Coe - who is also our guest for the evening's concert.

We'd love to see you there - but hurry, as entry forms must be received by June 14th, and are strictly limited to the first 18.
