You could try Jimmy Moon in Pollockshaws Road, Glasgow. I have a Moon mandolin which is very nice.

I will be in Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh in July and will be looking for a good electro-acoustic mandolin, preferably an A-style. My expected price range is about €/£ 500-1000. Can anyone recommend a good instrument shop with a good selection of high-end mandolins to try out in either of these areas?
