YouTube has a recording of Roscoe Holcomb singing Black Eyed Suzy (sic). I will try transcribing it later, unless somebody beats me to it.

Here's my best guess as to what he's singing in the YouTube recording:

BLACK-EYED SUZY
As sung by Roscoe Holcomb

1. Black-eyed Suzy stayin' in the corner,
She a pretty girl, 'pon my honor.

CHORUS: Hey, little black-eyed Suzy,
Hop up, pretty little black-eyed Suzy.

2. Rain come in, the sun come in an' drown me.
Stand back, pretty girl. Don't come around me. CHORUS

3. Ho, little kitty-buss, poor little feller,
Poor little kit-cuss died in the cellar. CHORUS

REPEAT VERSE 2 AND CHORUS.

One or two minor corrections, per the liner notes to the original LP issue of Folkways FA2317, Mountain Music of Kentucky ("Collected - Annotated - Photographs by John Cohen"):

Blackeyed Susie, sitting in a corner
She's a pretty girl, 'pon my honor

Cho:
Hey pretty little blackeyed Susie
Hop up pretty little blackeyed Susie

Rain come wet me, sun come dry me
Stand back, pretty girl, don't come nigh me

Poor little kitty-puss, poor little feller
Poor little kitty-puss [liner notes say ketty-puss here, which I take to be a typo], died in the corner

repeat verse 2
