But every one I tried said I had to have the Simba downloader. Is that normal with that site, or was I just unlucky? I must have tried five or six.

another trick! (I JUST got RealAudio going 2 days ago!)

I went to Altavista..Altavista

there you will find, above the search box, 4 choices, with web pages checked by default...check 'audio' and enter the word 'folk' in the search box! you get hundreds of hits, and need to sort thru them, but I found Turkish music, Johm McCutcheon...etc..there, including this: folk music from Cornwall VERY nice stuff...give it a try, let us know.I suppose that there are other search terms which might refine your choices.

but of course, YOU all know where to find Altavista already...Hotbot and Northern Lights are good, but Altavista is still the search engine with the most features...
