I am thrilled to have a great singer song writer arriving this Friday evening at the Café Namasthe in Ormstown Quebec for an evening performance. He is one of my all time favorite writers of Irish ballads and a fine guitarist to boot.

Is there a way to get to Ormstown from the West Island of Montreal without taking the effing Mercier Bridge?

ahhhh!!, the 8th. wonder of the world. Friday evening that could be a problem. Show time is 8:30 to 9:30. With open mike from 7 to 8:20.
You could try the Valleyfield way by taking the 201 South to Ormstown. There is construction that way as well.
If I was you, I would skip Friday evening( it is going to be packed.) and take his show Saturday evening at the same time in Huntington. He will be at Jazz/Tech located at 107 Chateauguay St. And guess what. There is construction there as well.

Well Friday and Saturday evening has come and gone but shan't be forgotten. Brendan played to full houses and left many with a gift in their hearts. Most of the time you couldn't hear a pin drop as Brendan sang some of his story telling ballads. Then the next song he had you clapping your hands and stomping your feet and singing along.
He'll be back for sure.
