Subject: Help, please From: madhorse@tin.it Date: 24 Sep 99 - 11:56 AM I'm looking for the lyrics of a lively song that I've heard during a irish traditional session in Abeystwyth, Wales. English is not my first language, so I could understand only a few word. The verse is built in this structure: some say... (1st verse) some say... (2nd verse) some say... (3rd and 4th verse) and once again the same structure This is the structure of the chorus: And it's you, and it's you and it's you my bonnie lass ............................................. and it's you and it's you and it's you my bonnie lass ...................and you're my bonnie lass. That's all I can say to describe this song. Maybe it's too little. I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance. |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Help, please From: madhorse@tin.it Date: 25 Sep 99 - 08:26 AM I listened once again to this song that I've recorded; the verse says: "some of them...", not "some say" and the chorus ends with "with you my bonnie lass (or lad?). |
