I should have bought a uke a long time ago but only just got around to it yesterday. A buddy wants to do ragtime and 20s jazz and we figure we need ukes, a double bass, kazoos and banjos. Just the two of us but we think we can handle it with that. We could even do away with the banjos. But we really need the ukes and he had one but we needed another so I finally gave in and got me one.

Not a bad little axe. Even has electronics.

We don't have any banjos. That's why we figure we can do without them since we kind of have no choice. I could borrow one but I'd rather not. My buddy wants to get a banjimer but we're both kind of tapped out right now. My uke wasn't real expensive but it wasn't cheap either.

Actually we're going to call ourselves the Hitler Uke Orchestra and see how long that flies.
