Hi all, Bude is holding its first Shanty Day on 25th March 2012.
We are asking as many shaty crews as possible to join us for a great day of singing.Bude Folk Club have sponsored the event by booking Tom Lewis for the evening shanty themed Folk Club. It is a fundraiser for the Bude Folk festival in June (1st to 5th) so no money available, just a great welcome and a good sing. We may be able to accommodate some of you. Floor camping and the like, if that is acceptable and you'd like to join us, please let me know.
It also appears we may be using Saturday as a warm - to Sunday in true Budefolk style :0)
