News item:
The head of animation for Disney Studios reported on a meeting they had had with the Disney Standards Bureau following completion of a new cartoon where Donald and Scrooge McDuck go whitewater rafting. At one point they fall in the water, and the Standards Bureau ordered them to have the characters wear life jackets. The animator responded, "Ummm, guys...these are ducks."
