Received this link from my son. I know nothing of internet policies or speeds but if this article is true, the US is lagging behind many other countries in the development and availability of internet technology and we are paying more for what we get. I would suspect the writer would classified as a 'liberal' but I am more concerned about whether what he has to say is true.
