How many of you are using Google+ now? And do any of you use the "hangout" feature? I've started this to run kind of like the "Mudchat" thread that comes to the top every so often to say someone is hanging out in the Mudcat chat room. I'm running it now because I set up a "Hangout" in Google+ for any of you to try out in the next little while if a) you're in my Mudcat circle and b) I'm in your Mudcat circle.

Google+ is open to everyone now, but I still have invitations if you want me to send you one. You need a web cam and a mic and speakers or a headset with your webcam.

A UK friend commented that my timing of that hangout was in the wee hours over there. I'll try again on an afternoon, probably on the weekend. Hook up your webcams, let's see what we can do with the technology on your computer.

NB It can also be used without a webcam or microphone. You can just do the old fashioned typing.

We are running around loading CAMSCO into the car for the Getaway, so there is not a lot of time today and this weekend is out for us. I tried to organize a sing on google plus a couple of weeks ago and no one responded.

Same problem as Susan... I want to learn more after Getaway.
