MO THRUAIGHE LÉIR THU, 'ILLE BHUIDHE can be found in The Gaelic Songster: An t-òranaiche (Glasgow: Archibald Sinclair, 1879), page 97—under the heading (title?) ORAN. Both the song text and the introductory remarks are in Gaelic, which is Greek to me, and would be tedious for me to transcribe, and copy-and-paste doesn't work for most of this book.

Of course, anyone who is able to glean any interesting information there, would be welcome to post it here.

Quite long. I'm sure I heard it sung under a different name.
