Info for South Yorkshire folkies. Dick Miles is our guest on Tuesday 11th October. (tomorrow).
Dick has been on the folk scene for a considerable number of years now and has guested at many clubs and festivals throughout the country. He is a singer of quality, plus a fine instrumentalist on concertina and guitar. A regular at many maritime events, Dick's programme will inevitably include a shanty or two to get your gob around. Come along tomorrow night to hear a great performance and enjoy yourselves in the convivial atmosphere of Kiveton Park Folk Club. All welcome. Kick off around 8.30.

it was an excellent night, floor spots from keith kendrick and sylvia needham, and a mudcatter called john charles who kindly lent me his guitar.
