Lowe's Concert 2011 in conjunction with Partick Folk Club

Who - Dick Gaughan
Mick West
Jim King
Gavin Livingstone
David Stevenson
The Catskinners


For those of you who don't know them, Dick is a guy who was with Boys of the Lough, Five Hand Reel and Clan Alba
Mick was with Molindinar and The Mick West Band
Jim is a singer songwriter and an adopted Weegie who's songs have been used in theatre as well as by numerous singers who cover his songs
Gavin Livingstone is a singer guitarist of who Bobby Eaglesham said "Hate the ###### he's so f'ing good on that guitar". Was with the Skerries and Tonight at Noon
David Stevenson is Glasgow's war poet/songwriter exported to Cambridge. Comes all the way up to play this gig at his own expense. Thanks Pal.
Catskinners Ken and Trish Caird who ran the Star Folk Club in Glasgow for many years, and John McCreadie who was with Diggery Venn and the Govan Spoonful

Where - Partick Folk Club, St. Peter's Church Hall, Chancellor Street, Glasgow. Just at the back of the square beside the Lismore Pub, Dumbarton Road, 2min from Kelvinhall subway station. Buses 9, 62, 42, 747 and others stop outside or across the road from thw Lismore.

When - Sat 5th November 7.30pm

How much - £10.00/£6.00

The concert is in aid of Lowe Syndrome Association international. All money goes to the Association and not to any individual.

Tickets can be obtained from PFC on the last Friday in October or by calling 01505 328831

Ok I'm back in as me.

This is a charity concert in aid of the Lowe Syndrome Association.
All money raised goes to the international LSA funds and not to any individual.
The reason we do this, (this is our forth annual concert) is because all of us are friends of Jonathon's family, Jonathan is profoundly disabled due to his condition.
