I take it that's not the Kate Wolf Song? It's the Score by Deborah Lurie that you're seeking, I'll bet. I haven't found it, but I thought somebody might enjoy the YouTube link.

Oh, and here's the Rejected Score by Chris Young, also very nice.

My usual source is Sheetmusicplus.com - it didn't have "An Unfinished Life."
