Who hosted Mountain Stage in '70-'80?

My family used to listen to Chicago's Mountain Stage on the radio in the 1980's. A singer was the host. His first name wss Jim or Jimmy. I'm trying to find some of his music. He had several LPs out.

The only Mountain Stage I know about is produced by WV Public Broadcasting. While the show travels some, most performances take place at the wonderful small theatre at the state Cultural Center in Charleston. The show is broadcast on many NPR stations. It began broadcasting in 1983 and as far as I know, the host has always been singer/songwriter Larry Groce.
