From: Les in Chorlton

Well folks the pub has closed and re-opened twice, we have been investigated by the council for loud noises twice - and found innocent!

We go from song to song on the first and third Wednesday of every month along with our louder brasher child - Tunes at The Beech on the second and fourth Wednesday and our even louder and even brasher grand child The Beech Band - taking Ceilidh bookings as we speak.

Next Wednesday 7 December we celebrate our 4th birthday. All who ever came to sing, all who ever intended to but had a better offer, all those who never intended to come but are now tempted - please come to the Best Little Pub in Chorlton next Wednesday and we shall keep the songs and the pub going for another 4 years

Oh how I wish I hadn't moved to the flatlands of Cambridgeshire!
Have a brilliant birthday bash, and give my regards to Dave Bishop who should be there in all his glory!

Happy Birthday "The Singaround at The Beech"!

Four years today - a noisy toddler - of the Nursery?

Much fun tonight - give us some grand choruses and we will open our throats in celebration

Cheers

I miscalculated our days, Les - back to reality tomorrow, so it's a night in with Escape from the Planet of the Apes and a Morrison's pizza by way of Traditional Seasonal Wassail... Hope the birthday bash goes off with a bang, and that all sorrows are driven away and all bowls are fathomed.
