Are there any lap dulcimer makers in Southern Ontario. Do Harry Birney or Tam Kearny still build dulcimers?

Hi
I am a UK based dulcimer player; I would recommend that you search online for the "Everything Dulcimer" website (can't do a blue clicky from my mobile). It is the most comprehensive forum for both kinds of dulcimer, for players of all standards and for makers too. It may just have the answer!

Peter Cox makes some pretty nice ones, Tam I am pretty sure not any more and I do not know Harry Birney.
Jean Mills would be a good person to ask, she may be able to put you in touch with Robin Jones if he is still making them, his were also very good.
JohnB.
