Right up at the top under "Quick Links" it says "Prototype Chat." Your password is the one you used to register. Sometimes the room works for me, sometimes it doesn't.

do a filter search for "chat" over the last few months.. you'll find many of the different unofficial ones that are out there.... (mIRC, ICQ etc)
