The tune is published in Stokoe's Songs of Northern England (as Jemmy Johnson's Wherry, IIRC).

Rather than me put it up from there, though, you can find a copy from Bell's papers at the Farne archive: Jemmy Johnson's Wherry. If you click on the image you'll get a larger version: JJW music.
