With just a couple of things needing confirmation here's a list of the events we are putting on in Kirkby Fleetham this year.

I'm really excited about this programme!

Tickets available here for all Village Hall events

You can email or call me for house concert reservations. Contact details also available on the above link.

Saturday March 3rd 7.30pm – House Concert featuring: Chris Milner, Glenn Coggin & Sandwitch

After the success of "emergency" House Concerts in the last couple of years we're going to plan a couple for 2012!

Featuring "Uncle" Chris Milner, the vastly under rated Glenn Coggin and the lovely sounds of Sandwitch, this should be a cracker! Places are strictly limited to 30 so email me soon at for your seat and address details. This is event is a joint promotion with The Bishop F.M. Folk Show.

Suggested Donation £5 and bring your own bottle! (Only 4 seats left)

Saturday April 21st 7.30pm at Kirkby Fleetham Village Hall DL7 0SH

BBC Radio 2 Horizon Award nominees Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts combine astounding lap-tapping guitar, fiery fiddle and their trademark harmonies with considerable songwriting talent to make a truly distinctive sound. 2011 saw them land the coveted opening slot on Fairport Convention's Winter Tour, and release their much-anticipated second album, 'Up From The Deep'

Support from local favourites Mic & Susie Darling.

International Ladies Night featuring Flossie Malavialle, Sarah McQuaid & Wendy Arrowsmith - On stage together

Flossie (France) - "Here's a sensational performer. She intrigues listeners with her quaint French-Geordie accent and charms them with her stories and ready laughter. Yet it's her singing that bowls them over. A veritable show stopper!" - Wheaton Ashton Festival

Sarah (Spain/ USA) - "Brilliant musicianship, a warm and welcoming stage presence and a voice as rich, matured and knowing as the finest thrice-distilled Irish malt whiskey." - Geoff Wallis, fRoots, UK

Wendy (Scotland) - "Her set just seemed to fly by and was thoroughly entertaining through out, she made the Wold Top Marquee feel like a front room, as if you were having friends around for an evening's entertainment like it used to be, in the old days." - Beverley Folk Festival Review, Neal Richardson, Fatea Magazine

This will be a stunning evening - Tickets £10 in advance (via PayPal)! (Under 16s free with adult).
