How would Dwynwen be pronounced? Doo-een-oo-ehn?

i bet it's either DWUN-wen or DWIN-wen.

And, (approximately) how does one pronounce 'dwi'n dy garu di', which according to the link above means "I love you" in Welsh. Including which syllables are emPHAsized?

Thanks for putting me right Siân.
It's unusual for the 'y' to take that pronunciation other than in the last syllable (or in compound words). Of course, proper nouns can be exceptions to any rules.
