I just got the word that my concert with Mike seeger in Rochester on Saturday night has been cancelled due to illness (Mike's lady). I was told that although it's not life threatening, it's serious enough that Mike won't be coming up north. I certainly wish them both the best. A few folks from south of the border were coming and I'm trying to let them know about the cancellation in time.

Guess I miss out twice. Would have loved to play with one of my musical heroes and am really sorry to miss the Getaway. Have fun you folks.

Anytime you are on the NYS thruway give me a call from any phone near by Exit 40 and I'll come and get you. Information has the number but hells bells it out to be in the local book. The house is a mess the lawn is in need of care, the twins may or may not be shitheads at the moment. But coffee can be had, theres whiskey in pan cupboard, and enough conversation around to be shared.
