This seems to be the original recording by Marv Herzog, who wrote it, circa 1970, but the sound quality is rather poor.
This one, by Squeezebox, from their album "Freshly Squeezed" (2009) is a bit clearer—but still impossible for me to transcribe, since I don't speak German!
Here is a live performance by Squeezebox from 2010.

There is supposed to be another recording by Erwin Suess and the Hoolerie Dutchmen, from the 1980's, but I couldn't find it online.

It was requested in another thread in 2012 but never answered. The requestor did, however give the chorus:

"Der du waggle, waggle, waggle, du waggle, waggle, waggle,

This song has different titles and can be found in varios versions, eg. a Swiss Song (Yodel)
