We are yet again on our travels, last night we had beer but the week before they ran out of beer at 10'o'clock, the pub is up for sale so we is movin to "The Bay Horse, Marygate, just across the footbridge from the railway station, that is the footbridge over the river! So from next Friday it is Friday nights at the Bay Horse, Marygate, please pass it on

That's a shame Peter - cos parking's such a nightmare in the city centre now and public transport's a no-go for us that have to travel a distance.

Large Car Park right next door! Though they do charge a nominal evening/overnight fee of about a pound or so (free for certain residents).

free, mmm, for some residents, mmmm, we have to pay £365 a year to park outside our own house! we do get free parking in the city car parks between 6pm and 8am as part of the deal!
