after three weeks at the Bay Horse it is now moving to the Victoria vaults, Nunnery Lane, this is getting really tiresome

This has now moved to The Victoria Vaults in Nunnery Lane (other streets are available, but not with this pub in), in case stallion hasn't put it on here yet!

I think this is the last move for a while, the Landlord is a real fan and there has always been a session there on the last tuesday of the month, trouble is there is only one guest beer & John Smiths on draft I have known the landlord for donkeys years and he has always kept good beer so the choice might not be there but it will be good

Oh, I think the bay Horse, with the new Landlord, was too popular. The owners have been trying to get planning permission pull it down to build flats to no avail. It may be that if they can prove it isn't viable as a pub then planning may be granted. The two times I went in the place was heaving maybe it might not have been what the owners wanted?
