There are very few singers' sessions in Donegal. Unfortunately, one of the best, the Inishowen Traditional Singers' Circle does not have a session in July. Your other problem, unless you have Irish, is that the music sessions where singing often takes place are generally in the Gaeltacht areas such as Gweedore or Teelin/Glencolmcille. Donegal is also not set-dancing country, though you could always try http://sets.ie/home.html?region=Ireland to see if anything's happening.

Hello, and greetings from the USA,

My wife and I will be coming to Ireland July 22-29 and we will probably spend at least a few days in Co. Donegal. I've found plenty of music/dance sessions in Dublin for when we're there, but I was wondering if any of you knew of any sing sessions around Co. Donegal that will be going on that 4th week of July. Any recommendations for set/ceili dance will be accepted, too. Thanks!
