HiIm sorry to tell you Doug died some time ago , I last saw him in studio in Derby where he was working on sound effects and library music , his band mate Graham Cooper also passed , in Spain I believe . They were both lovely players, with great voices and harmonies

Well his current highest profile is in organising the Roy Harris Benefit Day (Sat 30th Oct, Beeston, Near Nottingham, UK). But he has a range of other activities/interests.

does someone know what the singer and entertainer Doug Porter does at the moment ?

I met him at the end of the 70th near Hannover and have a nice musician time together.

But now we´ve lost out of the eye ;-)
