Just to say that the Woodshed sessions continue over the summer and the next is on Sunday 20th May at the Wrotham arms as usual, 2000 until 2230 or so... soon be Folk Week!

I always INTEND to get there Bob, but things seem to happen to me on those Sundays. Paul and I intend to be at Folk week for the weekend at least.

Yes the Woodshed sessions at Broadstairs Folk Week are in the same place, same time...

3pm every day at the Wrotham Arms Sat Aug 11th- Fri Aug 17th

The Wrotham Arms is a pub fully signed up to Folk Week- and therefore has a top-range set of guests all week at lunchtimes and in the evenings too... well-kept beer and a friendly staff too.

If you're after a seat, best get in quick- every year we've seen over 100 musicians and singers during the week... there's always a festival guest to give us a couple of slots, and the range of music is truly staggering!

Look forward to seeing you there

Bob

I think it is admirable that there is still somewhere in Broadstairs to play, but it does get very overcrowded and I doubt if I will drive all the way to Broadstairs just to do a mid-afternoon session.

PS, don't all shout "Hooray" at once.

Well, we are of the same opinion Richard. Cue another cheer from TSM.
Good luck with the sessions, Bob.
