Tonight (29th April 2012) sees another of the monthly acoustic sessions at the Bull in Ditchling, East Sussex. Our regular hosts, Ian Chisholm and Stephen Sibbald, are taking an evening off from running the session and the occasional deputies, Julian Burton and meself are in the chair(s) tonight.

We play a strong core of traditional tunes, usually on a mix of instruments which includes, fiddles, mandolins, guitars, melodeons, concertinas, smallpipes, whistles and even the off tenor guitar. We're a welcoming lot and music from other styles - blues, jazz, ragtime - is always good to hear. And a song or two will fit in nicely as well.

The music's played in the bar - 8pm start - 10.30pm finish. Every player/singer gets a free drink. If you're in the area, come and join us!

The "off" tenor guitar player is, of coure, me - and should be "odd".
