I have finally given in to the naggings and I am starting to put together my Songbook, with the invaluable help of Vicki Swan & Jonny Dyer who will take care of the dots and page setting - I just have the words and chords to worry about.

But which 40-or-so songs to include from the 230+? Here is where you can help me decide, by mentioning the one(s) you would like to see included. Needless to say, some "standards" are already in the list:

George - I think it will have to be a series of books - Problem then will be that those of us who only want a dozen or so of your songs will have to buy ALL the books !

Unless printed upon tissue paper, The GPSong- book will be far too heavy to carry never mind lugging a few to gigs, ah , sorry how is Nessa these days?


Greek logic, --- about 40 is the same as or even equates to 58 !

When this is applied to financial matters the result is .........

I think most of the recommendations are there.

To anyone who is not familiar with George's works it maybe best to start with the early CDs and work your way through.
Allow 3 months for each one.
Upon completion of the 3 year study you may apply to be a contestant on mastermind UK where your specialist subject could be whatever you choose it to be.

methinks George has time on his hands !


This sounds like a fantastic project.

Now get on with it, Fleggy got his out 2 years ago, but even he is almost ready for volume two, with tasteful illustrations.
