You HAVE TO RUN the video clip that's embedded in the article to get any sense at all of what the article is talking about..

It is strangely musical.

A lot of very strange people have obviously put a lot of work into doing something bizarre.

It's obviously not your ordinary Folk jam, and perhaps not for the narrow-minded, and while the scream was a bit abrupt it did fit into the overall composition and didn't last long; but of course you don't have to hear it all to render a judgement.

They seem to be missing a decent barn-door bass and a jug chorus, but the assembling of that many "compatible lunatics" to organize and play "found instruments" all together was rather impressive to me.

It had a certain rhythmic energy. Yes, definitely music (but not as we know it)
